  • Proven experience in recruiting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.

  • Attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (depending on the industry and company).
